The focus of
Compete, Sports Performance and Rehab is to build the ATHLETE first.   Compete specializes in providing individually-developed athletic performance training programs for athletes of all sports, ages, and abilities looking to get an edge on their competition, whether their goal is to make a team or obtain a starting position, obtain a college scholarship, or turn professional.  Compete’s programs are based on the most recent sports science research available as well as owner Chris Phillips’ 15 years of professional sports training experience in Women’s Professional Soccer, the National Hockey League, and Arena Football League.  These programs not only improve speed, agility, power, balance, core control, and overall strength, but they are also designed to reduce athletic injuries.  Compete goes beyond merely coaching athletes through fundamental drills alone, they train them in efficiency and mechanics to maximize their movement potential and obtain specific goals in each session.  Each program is designed to meet the demands placed on the athlete while focusing on the physical and mental challenges of his/her sport.  As an additional service, Compete offers strength and conditioning testing, including the Nike SPARQ rating, functional assessments, and sports medicine consultation.
